Conveying cable
The problems with a torn conveyor cable and metal-splinters in the feed are solved effectively with the patented rubber coating. Compared to conventional conveyor cables this extends the product lifetime considerably.
Cable connector
The very flexible cable connector is produced on basis of a chain link. The high material rigidity guarantees a long service life.
Deflection corner
The compartment and the drive wheel are made of solid and wear-resistant plastic. The carriers engage constantly on the whole wheel.
Drive station
The drive station is transferred by a very big cable-gentle polyamide drive wheel.
Double security system with shear bolt and proximity switch reduces the risk of plant-damage. Compartment is hot-galvanized and varnished, thus also applicable for the outdoor area. Drive station is self-evacuating, meaning that feed remainders are automatically removed with the conveyor cable.
Feed hopper with contaminant separator
The feed hopper has an integrated rotary screen that picks out contaminants from the feed. This guarantees disturbance-free operation even under difficult conditions.
A dispenser wheel provides for an optimum filling level of the conveyor line. The hopper is galvanized and varnished-therefore also appropriate for the outdoor area. Absolute hygiene is reached by self-cleaning.
Silo connection hopper
The silo connection hopper is the appropriate transition piece from the feed hopper to the polyester silo programme of Schauer. It is a series product with hot-galvanized gate valve.
